What’s not to love about Valentine’s Day? A day of celebration and love — and it is such a nice break in the middle of winter, too! I go all in for red and pink and sweetness on Valentine’s Day, and I have gathered together a bunch of ideas for you. They are all inexpensive, and I work very hard not to be wasteful for every holiday. I use the same ideas and decorations year after year — sometimes in new and different ways.

And let’s talk about Valentine’s for the class… I work really hard to make sure that the Valentine’s we send are either consumable — like pencils or bookmarks or a piece of candy — or recyclable like all of the card ideas here. There is nothing more annoying that throwing away a whole bag of non-recyclable Valentine cards. So, as you are making choices about Valentine’s Day, think about Mother Earth, too.
